Ten years ago, after losing my husband, life took an unexpected turn. I regrouped, rebuilt, and created a new chapter focused on helping others navigate important life transitions.

Wanting to help local seniors, I founded the Redding Seniors and Boomers Group, a local Facebook community that helps seniors connect, stay active, discover local resources, and build new friendships through activities ranging from coffee meetups to outdoor adventures.
